A big THANK YOU to every one who submitted an entry to our recent competition, which ended on 17 March 2011. We were very pleasantly surprised by the very positive response to this competition. Although the largest number of entries came in from UK fans, we also received entries from the Netherlands, the US, Slovenia, South Africa as well as Australia. We really appreciate the fans' support of Spooks and this website.
The Answers
The Answer to Question 1 was HARRY PEARCE.
Once you register at www.becomeaspook.com, Harry Pearce will welcome you to your mission and send you a link which will take you back to the main website where you will be briefed by Ruth Evershed on what to do. We were a little worried that fans might mistake one character for the other, which was why we included a short explanation, after the question, to nudge you towards the right answer. We were a little disappointed that quite a few of you got this wrong.
The Answer to Question 2 was, of course, 28 February 2011.
On 11 March 2011, we posted a message on the competition page to give people a chance to submit a second entry if they think that they did not give the right answers on their first attempt. We also tweeted about this slight change of rules. Sadly, no one took up this chance.
We put all of the correct entries into a hat and drew the following person as the winner :
